The hormones:
ILOWAB is a complex blend of plants chosen for their effects on the glands and hormones. It aims at restoring the hormonal balance allowing to trigger the sensation of satiety and to activate the metabolism of glucose and lipids. The hormones are chemical messengers produced by hormonal glands. They control many functions of our body: reproduction, growth, blood pressure, etc… A few of these hormones control how the food is processed and utilized by our organism. They have a paramount role in the regulation of the appetite by their action on the hypothalamus (gland located at the centre of the brain) and on the metabolism of glucose and lipids.

Instructions;
For the first three days:
Take a total of 5 capsules per day at 9 am – 11 am – 3 pm – 6 pm – 10 pm, with a little water.

The following days:

Take 2 capsules at breakfast, 1 capsule at 11 am, 2 capsules at 4 pm and 1 capsule at 7 pm, with a little water.

Afterwards, adapt the dosage according to your needs. Use your mobile phone alarm to help you think about taking your capsules.

Note 1: Because of its action on the metabolism, ILOWAB may activate the intestinal transit. Certain people may have to limit the dosage to 3 capsules per day.
