Acute and chronic diarrhoea:
Acute diarrhoea are ascribable to germs (salmonellas, colibacillus), parasites (amoebas) or to viruses (enteroviruses); they can last from one to seven days (or sometimes more). They can be caught by the ingestion of infected food or water. Beyond the discomfort that acute diarrhoea can cause, the risk of dehydration is the principal danger particularly for the fragile people and infants.
Chronic diarrhoeas are characterized by the frequent emission of liquid faeces (or very soft stools) over rather long periods going from eight to twenty days and even more. Several causes can be at the source of the chronic diarrhoea condition:

Lesion of the intestinal wall due to an inflammation or a tumour

Insufficient or poor absorption of food (intolerance to gluten)

Hyperactivity of the intestinal transit (often caused by a hyperthyroidosis)

Pathological secretion of the intestinal epithelium (mucous enteritis)
In the cases of chronic diarrhoea it is important to clearly identify the cause in order to undertake the adapted measure. The consultation of a physician is advised.
Action of SanDiaril :
SanDiaril is composed of specific plants and natural substances, which act on the fabric of the intestinal wall in order to reabsorb the inflammations while reducing the movement of the longitudinal and circular smooth muscles responsible for the peristalsis and the spasms. Certain plants stimulate the absorption of water by intestinal fabric in order to reduce the phenomenon of dehydration and subsequently to increase the density of the stools. Lastly, other plants act by way of disinfectant to fight germs, viruses and parasites.
SanDiaril does not contain any antacid products; it does not modify the acidity balance of the stomach and digestive system.
Instructions :
Acute diarrhoeas: Take 2 capsules as of the first symptoms. Take 2 others capsules 3 or 4 hours later. Repeat if need be, up to 6 capsules per day.
Chronic diarrhoeas (of which Crohn's disease): During the first three days, take 2 capsules after each meal (6 capsules per day). Thereafter, take 1 capsule after each meal (3 capsules per day) until the regularization of the intestinal transit, then you can reduce to two or even one capsule per day.

Advice: Support SanDiaril with complementary products: DynOrgan and Deflatil
DynOrgan is a cleanser product composed of plants that support the proper functioning of vital organs as a whole (liver, kidney, gall bladder, spleen and pancreas). DynOrgan stimulates liver and digestive functions. It is important that food is properly digested in order to avoid rotting and fermentation in the intestines and to ensure a proper absorption of nutrients.
After an episode of severe diarrhea, it may be beneficial to undertake a DynOrgan cleansing cure, for 10 days, take 2 capsules of DynOrgan after each meal (6 capsules per day).
In the case of chronic diarrhea the situation is somewhat different because DynOrgan favours transit, without being a laxative. Therefore,It is not advisable in cases of chronic diarrhea unless the cure of SanDiaril solved the problem. At this point we may consider taking 1 or 2 capsules per day of DynOrgan.
Deflatil is a product for intestinal tissue inflammation and diverticula. It also decreases gas formation by limiting the fermentation and the presence of mould in the intestines. It is therefore an excellent measure to withstand the action of SanDiaril. For if the intestinal tissue is inflamed, it will absorb less liquid and it becomes a "mechanical " problem triggering loose stools or diarrhea. The result is also dehydration. It is therefore advisable to use Deflatil along with SanDiaril mainly in cases of chronic diarrhea. The dosage of 3 capsules per day of Deflatil (one after each meal) over a period of two to four months should address the underlying problem of intestinal tissue.

Can one keep a box of SanDiaril for a long time?
Yes, of course. There is an expiration date on all our products, this is a requirement. However the day after the expiry date the product does not turn into poison, it would be ridiculous! If our products are stable enough to last four years (legal length limit) they will still be for few years if they are kept at normal temperature (not above 40 degrees, humidity below 80%) in darkness. It is therefore convenient to always have in reserve a SanDiaril although it is rarely used and if you keep it beyond its expiration date. We are aware that these remarks are not common in the industry, our goal is not to use the pretext of expiry dates to sell more products, but to allow you to use them properly for your health.
I have diarrhea problem since many years (chronic diarrhea), and it is now 5 days that I am using SanDiaril without any effect until now, should I increase the dosage?
The dosage is always an estimate "average" number of capsules to be taken. One must therefore adjust the dosage to the reactions of her/his own body, it is even more true when it comes to herbal medicine and when it comes to balance the hormone production, it is a delicate process . The important thing is to remain attentive to body reactions and adjust the dosage accordingly.
Indeed it is possible to increase the dosage of SanDiaril (or even double it), it is important to pay attention to your reactions and adjust the dosage accordingly. It is also possible to combine other products (Deflatil - DynOrgan, see the FAQs for these products) that could complement the effect of SanDiaril and increase its effectiveness.
