Here's what our customers think of our products

Over the years, we have communicated with our customers regarding our current or new products, either by direct mail or by questionnaire on the back of the purchase orders systematically inserted into each order shipped. In these communications we asked our customers their appreciation of our products on a small form to return to us either by mail or to scan and return to us by email.

The feedback appreciation scale is fairly simple:1: Inefficient – 2: Disappointing – 3: Satisfying – 4: Good – 5: Excellent  

For all products the appreciation index will be shown in percentage.
A product with an average score of 4.13 on 5 will translate into a 82.6% score.

From one year to the next there are some variations of appreciation, they may in fact differ due to the number of feedback for a given product. Sometime the efficiency of a product for a specific symptom creates a “popular” product whose reputation inspire some people to try the product for ailment that are similar to the ones indicated but which could be totally different. Thus the products do not fulfil the hopes that were wrongly created by those people.

However, some products have clearly been improved (higher density of concentration of certain plants, dosage, etc.) in response to feedbacks, observations and product score. Such is the case of BotaDermo, TensioReg, A-Prostine and DynOrgan.
